Our programmes range from short-term intensive courses (3-6 months) to comprehensive career and specialised pathways (10-11 months), giving learners the flexibility to choose a path that aligns with their goals. Durable Impact is a social enterprise, and taking any of our skill-based or professional courses at our academy supports the financial sustainability of our mission to foster a more empowered, innovative, just, and sustainable Cameroon.

As access to external funding becomes more challenging for many organisations in the Global South, we believe in building sustainable revenue streams. Through Durable Impact Academy, we mentor and help youths and unemployed graduates develop skills that employers can't ignore, or start their own small businesses— while reinvesting the proceeds into programmes that empower innovators and entrepreneurs.

Our 3-month short-term courses range from 150,000 FCFA to 250,000 FCFA, depending on the programme. For example, basic digital skills start around 150,000 FCFA, while more specialised areas like Content Creation or Digital Marketing go up to 250,000 FCFA.

Our 4-month intensive programmes are priced between 200,000 FCFA and 250,000 FCFA, covering high-demand fields such as Web Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, and UI/UX Design.

For those looking for deeper expertise, our 10-month career and specialised programmes range from 300,000 FCFA to 450,000 FCFA, including tracks like Software Engineering, Data Science, and Digital Marketing & Business Strategy.

Overall, our pricing is structured to remain accessible while delivering practical, career-focused training that prepares you for real opportunities in the job market.

Our teaching approach is built around one simple principle: people learn best by doing. That is why our training is highly practical, active, and participatory. From the very beginning, learners are immersed in real-life situations that mirror the demands of the professional world. Through project-based learning, students work on concrete assignments, sometimes for real businesses, organisations, or even their own ideas, transforming theory into tangible results. This is complemented by a strong "learning by doing" approach, where every concept is immediately applied through exercises, tasks, and hands-on activities.

We also place strong emphasis on collaborative learning, because success in today's world is rarely achieved alone. Learners work in teams, share ideas, solve problems together, and build communication skills that are essential in the workplace. This method not only strengthens technical competence but also fosters independence, critical thinking, and the confidence to take initiative. By the end of the programme, students are not just trained, they are equipped to think, adapt, and perform in real-world environments.

To support this experience, we provide a modern and enabling learning environment. Our classrooms are fully equipped with high-speed internet, digital tools, projectors, and dedicated study spaces, ensuring that learners can focus and practice effectively. Additional support such as laptops (on request), secure facilities, and a comfortable learning atmosphere, further enhances the experience. Our methodology is designed to move learners from knowledge to competence, and from competence to real impact.

Our training is only the beginning of the journey. We believe that real growth happens when skills are applied in real-world environments. That is why our best-performing students have the opportunity to transition into the Youth Impact Fellowship, a four-month, paid, immersive experience offered by Durable Impact Ltd, designed to bridge the gap between learning and professional practice. In a context where many young people struggle to gain their first meaningful work experience, this fellowship provides a powerful platform to step into the world of impact-driven work.

Through the fellowship, selected participants are placed at the heart of entrepreneurial support and ecosystem-strengthening initiatives, where they contribute, learn, and grow. They gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and develop the mindset needed to navigate real challenges. More importantly, they become active contributors, working alongside a community of innovators and changemakers.

By the end of the programme, fellows emerge as more than skilled individuals; they become vectors of change, equipped with the courage, knowledge, and practical experience to pursue careers in social entrepreneurship or thrive in the broader professional world.
